Each program starts with an introductory 30 minute visit where we determine your individual needs and start you off with the corresponding functional medicine test.

Two follow up appointments are included: the first 60 minute visit is to deliver your personalized diet, lifestyle and supplement protocol; the second 30 minute visit is to assess your progress and make any necessary changes to your protocol.
