Montana spent three years in retail management where her passion for people began. She enjoyed creating a positive shopping experiences for her patrons and gained long term relationships with them . She then shifted careers, working for a major logistics company for six years. There she assessed imports into Canada and worked administratively on the back end of the brokerage department. She shifted focus from admin work to customer care for the companies high revenue customers. Her focal point has always been the customer, or in your case patient, experience. She believes, people deserve respect, care and attention to their health difficulties and aspirations. She strives to create a safe, welcoming environment for all demographics.
